At TotalEnergies, we have been leading electric charging in France for several years. Since 2018, we have expanded our presence with networks in several countries. We are now a key player in electric mobility across Europe.
We operate the public electric vehicle (EV) charging network, Source London, with over 2,500 on-street charging points in prime locations in London. We continue to build our charging network outside of London with expansion plans across the UK.
We offer tailored charging solutions to enable business and private customers to travel and charge with peace of mind on the road, at work, at service stations and at destinations including retail, hospitality, indoor and outdoor leisure destinations, and publicly accessible car parks.

Our public charging network Source London has over 2,500 charge points located in over 1,000 prime locations across London, all accessible 24 hours a day, all year round.
We work with 24 London Boroughs to continually develop and expand the coverage of the network with new charge points opening all the time. We are expanding outside of London so we can be even closer to more customers in the future.
We offer Pay As You Go services and member subscriptions for individuals, companies, residents, and licensed drivers. All members save on energy fees, get free parking at all on-street charge points, and can book charge points ahead of time. We offer additional discounts for residents, local businesses and private hire drivers. Find out more about our subscription types and member benefits.
There when you need us
We do everything we can to make sure charge points are available and up and running when you need them. In 2023, the overall average network availability was 98%. We are working towards 99% availability for 2024.
Our dedicated telephone customer support teams and our automated SupportBot are available to help 24 hours a day, 365 days per year (even on public holidays).
Local authorities
For local authorities, we offer full lifecycle management to support the adoption of electric mobility. We can help with deployment strategies, site identification, planning installation, management and maintenance, and the identification of opportunities for network growth and upgrades. We can also provide additional services including project management and marketing support.
