Training and development

You can freely choose up to three days of training each year without requiring approval from your manager, in areas that you feel are important for your development and give free rein to your ambition. These three days are in addition to the training necessary to perform your job and mandatory training such as in safety.

Our training catalogue offers nearly 6,000 training options, both in-person and virtual. They cover all technical, business and support fields, including management skills and personal development.

Thanks to our global internal mobility programme, you can, like thousands of our employees each year, freely apply to change jobs – whether that be a new team, a new discipline or a new country.   • UK Share incentive plan: HMRC approved scheme, where employees can buy shares in the company from their pre-tax pay
  • Global share capital increases reserved for employees: in 2023, more than 52,000 current and former employees in more than 90 countries took part in the capital increase programme, representing more than €350 million
  • Global performance shares: employees may be granted shares based on their annual performance
