Our shares: involving you in the company’s performance
Developing employee shareholding is the best way to give our employees a stake in the company’s financial performance, to strengthen their sense of belonging and to align their interests with those of shareholders. We have three main programmes:
- UK Share incentive plan: HMRC approved scheme, where employees can buy shares in the company from their pre-tax pay
- Global share capital increases reserved for employees: in 2023, more than 52,000 current and former employees in more than 90 countries took part in the capital increase programme, representing more than €350 million
- Global performance shares: employees may be granted shares based on their annual performance
