TWICE network

The TotalEnergies Women’s Initiative for Communication and Exchange (TWICE) network has more than 5,000 members globally and actively contributes to the development of gender diversity and career growth for women in the company – through sharing of best practices, mentoring and career development workshops. We hold various virtual and in-person sessions and events across our UK offices and sites – from informal networking, careers talks and financial/wellbeing webinars, to workshops on supporting and encouraging more women into managerial roles and to work offshore.

 

Workplace adjustments

We’ll help you to be the best you can be by offering workplace adjustments, such as removing any barriers you might face if you have a disability, impairment or health concern.

In 2022, I suffered a life changing health condition. Despite having no fixed treatment plan, TotalEnergies has remained 100% focused on my health and workplace needs. I was put through assessments above the health insurance cover provisions to better understand where I could gain assistance. An ergonomic assessment was carried out to help maximise my daily comfort at work and I now use a specially designed mouse and keypad, a home office adjustable desk and voice recognition software to save me from lots of typing. The practical support and frequent contact with management and HR really demonstrates how much TotalEnergies values its staff.
