Terms & Conditions

• To participate in the Prize Draw, visit our Instagram post here, ‘like’ our post and tag a friend in the comments who you want sitting next to you on race day.
• The Prize Draw closes at midnight on 27 June 2025.
• Winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Prize Draw closes.  TotalEnergies’ decision is final and binding and no discussions and/or correspondence will be entered into in relation to any of the winners of the Prize Draw.
• Winners will be notified by Instagram direct message (“DM”) on 2 to 4 July and will be allocated a pair of e-tickets for either Saturday 26 or Sunday 27 July on a first come first served basis.  Winners should reply to the DM as soon as possible to express their preference of day, but if the tickets for that day have already been allocated the Winner will automatically be allocated tickets for the remaining available day.
• The first 10 winners (drawn at random) will be notified by Instagram direct message (“DM”) on 2 July and will be offered the choice of tickets for either Saturday 26 or Sunday 27 July. They must respond stating their choice within 24 hours of receiving the DM, otherwise they will be randomly allocated a day.  The remaining 10 winners will be notified by DM on 4 July and will be randomly allocated a pair of tickets from the remaining tickets available, which may be for either the Saturday or the Sunday.
• If a Prize is declined, or if a Prize remains unclaimed by a winner of the Prize Draw within 24 hours after the DM, the Prize will be forfeited.  In such circumstances, TotalEnergies reserves the right to award that Prize to another entrant, selected in accordance with these Terms.  The replacement winner will be notified by TotalEnergies in the same manner prescribed above.  TotalEnergies shall have no liability to a winner in the event that the winner is unable to take up their Prize.
• Winners will be tagged on a congratulatory Instagram post on Tuesday 15 July.
• The promoter of this Prize Draw is TotalEnergies Marketing UK Ltd of 10 Upper Bank Street (19th floor), Canary Wharf, London E14 5BF (“TotalEnergies”).
• The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• The Prize Draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old.  TotalEnergies reserves the right to verify the age of entrants.
• Multiple entries permitted. Only one account can win once.
• The Prize Draw is not open to employees, consultants or agents of TotalEnergies, or anyone else professionally associated with the Prize Draw.
• TotalEnergies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify an entrant, amend these Terms or any of them, or to cancel, amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time.
• Save that the winner’s Instagram name may be published for publicity purposes in a congratulatory Instagram post as stated above, entrants’ personal information will only be used by TotalEnergies, its agents or affiliates for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and notifying the winners and in accordance with TotalEnergies’ Privacy Statement.  If you do not agree with the use of your data in this way, please do not enter this Prize Draw.  By entering the Prize Draw you consent to TotalEnergies processing your personal data.
• TotalEnergies accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  TotalEnergies has no control over communications networks and shall not be responsible for entries lost in transmission, or received late due to high online traffic levels, for technical malfunction or otherwise.
• These Terms and any obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Prize Draw or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• Each Party undertakes, in connection with the Agreement, to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as such those relating to anti-corruption, export controls and/or international economic sanctions.

• Sunday July 27: Gates Open: 10:00AM | Qualifying: 12:20AM | Race: 5:05PM | Celebration: 6PM
• Grandstand tickets include entry into the Allianz E-Village.
• A child ticket is for 3-15 years old on day of the event.
• No ticket required is for 0-2 years old if sitting in parent/guardians lap (maximum one per adult).
• All minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years+.
