Halfords promotion for £100 for 100 winners T's & C's

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for £100.00 (eVoucher) for 100 winners 

  1. The £100.00 eVoucher for 100 winners promotion (“the promotion”) is open to all Halford customers in the UK
  2. To enter the promotion:
    a. With each purchase of any TotalEnergies product purchased in-store or online (sold in 1 & 5 L Packs) you could be in with a chance to win 1 of 100 £100.00 eVouchers to spend at over 100+ high street and high end brands and retailers.     b. Participants can only take part with proof of purchase.
    c. For in-store orders, simply scan the QR code at the TotalEnergies promotional bay where you will be taken to a gamification landing page. You will need to enter the 6-digit Transaction number that can be found on your physical receipt after purchase.
    d. For online orders, visit the online page (https://order-flo.com/campaign/totalenergies-100-years) where you will be taken to a gamification landing page.
  3. The promotion will run from 3rd December 2024 until 22nd January 2025.  Entrants participating after this date will not be eligible.
  4. The Winners will be randomly selected throughout this promotional period. There will be 100 winners in total and £10,000 of eVouchers that can be won to be spent within the cycling range. £100 gift card per winner.
  5. One entry with each purchase.
  6. Participants may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.  If such fraudulent methods are used your entry may be disqualified at the sole discretion of TotalEnergies.
  7. The eVoucher will be despatched by email to the designated email account by TotalEnergies.
  8. The eVoucher will be sent via email to the winner shortly after verification. Please allow up to 10 working days from receiving the winning email notification to receive the eVoucher.
  9. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they provide the correct email address.  TotalEnergies will not be responsible for the incorrect delivery of the eVoucher due to an error by the participant (such as a mistyped address).
  10. Use of the gift card will be subject to the Sodexo terms of use (available at https://www.spree-card.com/SDXOSS/Home/Tcs)
  11. TotalEnergies will not be responsible for any eVouchers that cannot be delivered due to the participant’s spam filters, firewalls, capacity of the mailbox, or any factors outside of TotalEnergies reasonable control.
  12. Participants should care for their eVoucher and treat it like cash. TotalEnergies will not be responsible for eVouchers which are lost, deleted or used without permission.
  13. The eVoucher will expire after 12 months (365 days) from the date of issue.
  14. Any unused balance at the expiry of the eVoucher will not be returned or credited.
  15. If the purchase value exceeds the value of the eVoucher, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of payment
  16. No cashback will be given if the purchase price is less than the value of the eVoucher.
  17. In the event the eVoucher does not cover the full amount of the product the bearer is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
  18. The eVoucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
  19. TotalEnergies’ decision is final and binding and no discussions and/or correspondence will be entered into in relation to any of the winners of the promotion.   
  20. If the prize is declined or the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the notification, then in such circumstances TotalEnergies reserves the right to award the prize to another participant, selected in accordance with these terms.  The replacement participant will be notified by TotalEnergies in the same manner prescribed above.  TotalEnergies shall have no liability to a participant in the event they are unable to take up or accept the eVoucher.
  21. The promoter is TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited of 10 Upper Bank Street (19th Floor), Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF (“TotalEnergies”).
  22. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
  23. The promotion is open to all Halford customers in the UK only.
  24. Participants must be at least 18 years old.  TotalEnergies reserves the right to verify the age of the Participant.  In entering the promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
  25. The promotion is not open to employees, consultants or agents of TotalEnergies or anyone else professionally associated with the promotion.
  26. TotalEnergies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or disqualify a participant, amend these Terms or any of them, or to cancel, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
  27. By entering the promotion, the participant agrees to take part in any associated publicity relating to the promotion and/or the award without further consent or payment when required. The winning participant’s personal information will only be used by TotalEnergies, its agents or affiliates for the purposes of administering the promotion and notifying the participant and in accordance with TotalEnergies’ Privacy Statement.  If you do not agree with the use of your data in this way, please do not enter this promotion.  By entering the promotion, you consent to TotalEnergies processing your personal data.
  28. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [[email protected]] within one month after the Closing Date of the promotion].   In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  29. TotalEnergies accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.  TotalEnergies has no control over communications networks and shall not be responsible for entries lost in transmission, or received later due to high online traffic levels, for technical malfunction or otherwise.
  30. These Terms and any obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising out or in connection with either the promotion or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  31. Each Party undertakes, in connection with the promotion, to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as such those relating to anti-corruption, export controls and/or international economic sanctions.
