  • The Promoter of this Prize Draw is TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited of 10 Upper Bank Street (19th Floor), Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF (“TotalEnergies”).
  • To participate in the Prize Draw, visit our Instagram post follow and “like” our post and tag a friend in the comments.
  • The Prize Draw commences 11th June  2026 and will close at midnight on 17th June 2026.  Late entries will not be accepted.
  • With entry into this prize draw, you could be in with a chance to win 1 of 4 pairs of VIP tickets to Formula E at ExCeL London in the Royal Docks on August 15, 2026. 
  • The Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Prize Draw closes.     TotalEnergies’ decision is final and binding and no discussions and/or correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner of the Prize Draw.
  • The Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message (“DM”) by 18th June 2026.
  • The prize consists of tickets only. No additional expenses, travel, accommodation, or other costs are included. The tickets will be provided in electronic format (E-tickets) and will be sent via email. To receive the tickets, winners must provide a valid email address. Failure to provide a valid email address may result in forfeiture of the prize.
  • If the Prize is declined, or if the Prize remains unclaimed by the winner of the Prize Draw within 24 hours or it will be forfeited. In such circumstances, the prize draw will be redrawn and another winner selected at random.
  • The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash substitute is provided.
  • The Prize Draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years old.  TotalEnergies reserves the right to verify the age of entrants.
  • Only one entry per person.
  • The Prize Draw is not open to employees, consultants or agents of TotalEnergies, or anyone else professionally, associated with the Prize Draw.
  • TotalEnergies reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or disqualify an entrant, amend these Terms or any of them, or to cancel, amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time.
  • By entering this Prize Draw, the entrant agrees that their name may be shared publicly for a limited period in a congratulatory Instagram story.
  • TotalEnergies is not responsible for incomplete or lost entries caused by technical issues, including hardware or software failures, network problems, or high online traffic. TotalEnergies accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost as a result of communication network issues.
  • These terms and any obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.  Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Prize Draw or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  • Each Party undertakes, in connection with the Agreement, to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as such those relating to anti-corruption, export controls and/or international economic sanctions.
