Terms & Conditions

• The Promoter of this Prize Draw is TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited of 10 Upper Bank Street (19^th Floor), Canary Wharf, London, E14 5BF (“TotalEnergies”).
• To participate in the Prize Draw, visit our Instagram post follow and “like” our post and tag a friend in the comments, who you is a last minute shopper.
• The Prize Draw commences 10^th February 2026 and will close at midnight on 12^th February 2026.  Late entries will not be accepted.
• The Winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries after the Prize Draw closes. 
  TotalEnergies’ decision is final and binding and no discussions and/or correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner of the Prize Draw.
• The Winner will be notified by Instagram direct message (“DM”) by 13^th February 2026.
• The prize consists of one Lego Car only. The Prize will be sent to the winner by post.
  To receive the Prize, the winner must provide a valid postal address. Failure to provide a valid delivery address may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
• If the Prize is declined, or if the Prize remains unclaimed by the winner of the Prize Draw within 48 hours or it will be forfeited. In such circumstances, the prize draw will be redrawn and another winner selected at random.
• The Winner will be tagged on a congratulatory Instagram story on 13^th February 2026.
• The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash substitute is provided.
• The Prize Draw is open to residents in the United Kingdom
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old.  TotalEnergies reserves the right to verify the age of entrants.
• Only one entry per person.
• The Prize Draw is not open to employees, consultants or agents of TotalEnergies, or anyone else professionally, associated with the Prize Draw.
• TotalEnergies reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or disqualify an entrant, amend these Terms or any of them, or to cancel, amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time.
• By entering this Prize Draw, the entrant agrees that their name may be shared publicly for a limited period in a congratulatory Instagram story.
• TotalEnergies is not responsible for incomplete or lost entries caused by technical issues, including hardware or software failures, network problems, or high online traffic. TotalEnergies accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or lost as a result of communication network issues.
• These terms and any obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.  Disputes arising out of or in connection with either the Prize Draw or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
• Each Party undertakes, in connection with the Agreement, to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as such those relating to anti-corruption, export controls and/or international economic sanctions.
