- The holiday promotion is open to all Halfords customers in the UK aged 18 or over. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the age and eligibility of entrants any may request proof of purchase or identification.
- To enter, purchase any TotalEnergies product (1L or 5L pack) in-store, and submit proof of purchase. Scan the QR code on the product or header board and enter your 6-digit transaction number.
- The promotion runs from 4 December 2025 to 26 January 2026. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Each qualifying purchase counts as one entry into the prize draw. If multiple purchases are made, participants may submit an entry for each individual purchase, provided each entry meets the eligibility criteria and is submitted in accordance with the entry instructions.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility and integrity of any entry. If there are reasonable grounds to suspect that an entry has been made fraudulently, dishonestly, or in breach of these terms and conditions, it may withdraw or disqualify the entry without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, entries that appear to be automated, duplicated, or submitted using false information. The Promoter’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize: a holiday for two people on a set date at a pre-determined resort, including flights, accommodation, transfers only.
- The winner will be randomly selected by a supervised independent person after the promotional period ends and the winner contacted by email on 26th January 2026. If unclaimed within 7 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable and only the individual(s) named as the winner(s) may claim and take the holiday. If the winner is unable to accept or attend the holiday for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or substitution will be offered.
- Following the completion of the prize draw, the Promoter will engage the services of PR Travel Ltd, (1098 Spencer Place, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS7 4DH) to coordinate and manage all aspects of the holiday arrangements on behalf of the winner. This includes, but is not limited to, booking transportation, accommodation, and any associated travel services. The travel agency will liaise directly with the winner to finalise the itinerary and ensure all arrangements meet the agreed terms of the prize.
- The Promoter will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death, as a result of taking up the prize and accepting/attending the holiday, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected. All aspects of the holiday, including travel/transfer arrangements, accommodation, insurance, and fulfilment of services, are the sole responsibility of PR Travel Ltd. The winner acknowledges that TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited acts only as the promoter of the competition and not as the provider of the holiday. Any claims, complaints, or disputes must be directed to PR Travel Ltd in accordance with their terms and conditions. TotalEnergies Marketing UK Limited accepts no responsibility for the acts or omissions of PR Travel Ltd or any third-party suppliers involved in the provision of the prize
- Employees, consultants, agents of TotalEnergies, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are excluded.
- TotalEnergies reserves the right to amend terms, disqualify participants, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time.
- By entering, participants consent to publicity and allow their personal data to be used for administration purposes, as per the TotalEnergies Privacy Statement. Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and our privacy policy.
- Winner details (surname and county) will be available upon request. via [email protected] within one month of the closing date, and may also be shared with the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
- TotalEnergies is not responsible for lost or incomplete entries due to technical failures.
